Centerpoint Health provides assessment, treatment, and referral to those in need from preschoolers to older adults. Centerpoint Health is certified by the State of Ohio as a provider of mental health and substance abuse services. Centerpoint Health services include: diagnostic assessments; counseling of children, adolescents, adults, and seniors; adolescent substance abuse treatment; psychiatric medication; family counseling; psychological testing; support groups; employee assistance; crisis intervention; consultation; and education. 1740 Langdon Farm Road in Jordan Crossing. Utility Assistance 513.751.2624. Administers emergency HEAP program to maintain gas and electric service during winter months (Nov. 1– March 31). Clients must control and pay for their heat. EMERGENCY SERVICES DEPARTMENT:
513.569.1840. Provides rental and mortgage assistance (after 8th of month), eye glasses and prescription medication for the elderly and physically disabled, and food vouchers.

Provides: emergency assistance with food, clothing, personal care and household items; financial assistance for rent; temporary shelter for families with children; case management on short and long term basis. Pre-employment program includes computer skills classes and professional development classes. Also offers shared housing for older adults and a Senior Center.
