There will be a charge to correct the artwork of $75/hr if your artwork does not meet these specifications.An ad may be designed for you for $200. Send sketch, wording, logo, photo and/or idea with order form and payment and you will be contacted by Brian Heim Designs. If ordering online, the designer will contact you.
VECTOR FILE FORMATS PREFERRED: .PDF .EPSIt is prefereable that ad artwork files be in one of the above formats. If the Listings is to update/edit your ad, then fonts and images need to be provided (along with the information that is going to change) and the file should be in editable (non-flattened) format.Artwork files should be created in one of these programs: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Quark 8. WORD or PUBLISHER DOCS SOMETIMES CAN BE USED, but they take LOTS of extra work. We will review the file and let you know the additional charge. Most likely $35.GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • Make Final art and photos 100% of printed ad size. Make resolution 300 ppi (pixels/inch).
  • Submit files in CMYK format. The Listings will not assume any liability in changing RGB files to CMYK.
  • If desired, the advertiser assumes responsibility for providing color-match prints and printed proofs with ad art submission
  • Laser/ Inkjet prints are not acceptable as artwork. The ad will be re-created for a fee of $75/hr.
